The Shop is where permanent cosmetic items that make your profile stand out are sold. Items are not tied to a subscription: you buy once and they stay on your account.
Item types
- Nameplates — a decorative plate shown next to your username, in messages and in the member list. 11 designs; ₺60.
- Avatar decorations — a frame/decoration wrapped around your avatar; shown on your profile card and in messages. 11 designs; ₺80.
- Bundles — fixed sets of matching nameplates and decorations at a single price. 5 bundles; contents and prices are on the Shop page.
The contents of bundles are known in advance; there are no random or chance-based items. See the Shop page for current prices and previews; the prices there are exactly the same as at the payment step, and they include VAT.
How to buy
- Sign in to the app and open the Shop (or click Buy in the app on the Shop page of the site).
- Pick an item and press Buy.
- Pay by card on the payment page; Polar processes the payment as merchant of record. The item is applied to your account as soon as payment completes.
You must be 18 or act with a parent’s consent to buy (see Minimum age requirements).
Equipping and changing items
Under User Settings → Profile, the nameplates and decorations you own are listed; pick the one you want, remove it or swap it any time. Removing an item does not lose it.
Gifting
Shop items can be gifted to someone on your friends list; the gift flow starts from the gift icon on the item card. Details are in Gifting Pro and server boosts.
Refunds
Because shop items are digital content delivered instantly, they are non-refundable; check the preview before buying. If you believe you were charged wrongly or twice, write to [email protected] (see Refunds).
