The TEBHOS Shop is where you personalise your profile: a nameplate under your name, a decoration around your avatar, and bundles for those who want both. This post walks through the product types in the shop, the prices, and the gift rules one by one. Short version: no random boxes, no surprise charges; you see what you are getting, and the price you pay is the same as the one on the checkout screen.
Product types
- Nameplates — an animated background that appears behind your name in chat and in the member list. 11 designs, ₺60.
- Avatar decorations — an animated frame wrapping your avatar. 11 designs, ₺80.
- Bundles — the nameplate and avatar decoration of the same theme together, cheaper than buying them separately. 5 bundles.
Every product card has a preview video; you see how the nameplate and decoration move before you buy. Bundle contents are fixed: you get exactly what the card says.
Prices
Prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT; the price on the site’s showcase is identical to the one on the in-app checkout screen.
How to buy
- Browse the products in the shop showcase on the site.
- The "Buy in the app" button signs you in and takes you to the in-app shop.
- Pick the item and pay by card on the Polar checkout screen. The item is added to your account immediately and you can equip it from your profile settings.
You need to be 18 or have parental consent to make a purchase.
Sending a gift
Every shop item, Pro and Boosts can be gifted. The rules:
- Gifts are sent from inside the app; you press the gift icon on the product card and choose the recipient.
- You can only send gifts to people on your friends list.
- A Pro gift is sent as 1 month (₺89,99) or 12 months (₺899,99); a boost gift is ₺49,99 / 30 days.
- The recipient sees the gift in the "My gifts" section of the app and accepts it; an accepted gift is applied directly to the recipient’s account.
Redeeming a gift code
If you have a gift code, go to the redeem page. The page first shows what the code contains (Pro duration, an item or a boost); when you confirm, you are asked to sign in and the gift is applied to your account. Codes are single-use; a used code cannot be entered a second time.
Refund rules
- Shop items are not refundable. Nameplates, decorations and bundles are digital content and are applied to your account the moment they are bought; that is why we recommend watching the preview videos before buying.
- Gifted Pro can be refunded within 5 days of purchase as long as the gift has not been used. Accepted gifts, gifted boosts and shop items are not refundable.
- Refund requests go to [email protected] and are reviewed individually; you get a reply within 48 hours.

What to buy?
If you are personalising your profile for the first time, start with an avatar decoration; it is the most visible thing in chat. If you want the nameplate and decoration from the same theme, the bundle is always cheaper. If you are a Pro member, factor in the discount; if you will buy a few items within a year, the 20% difference covers part of Pro’s cost by itself. And remember: the best gift is the one that suits your friend’s profile — the gift icon is there for exactly that.
