Note: The Turkish version of this document is legally binding; this English translation is provided for convenience only. If the two versions conflict, the Turkish text prevails.

This page keeps a record of important changes to the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines. The current versions are always available from the site footer.

English page addresses and English translations published.

• The site's pages moved to English addresses (/sartlar → /terms, /gizlilik → /privacy, /topluluk-kurallari → /guidelines, /guvenlik → /security, /sirket-bilgileri → /company-information, /degisiklik-gunlugu → /changelog, /indir → /download, /partnerler → /partners, /yardim → /help). Old addresses redirect permanently.
• English translations of the site, the policies, the help centre and the blog were published. The Turkish versions remain legally binding; translations are provided for convenience.
• The Privacy Policy's cookie section was updated: switching the site language sets a single functional cookie named locale (kept for up to one year). It identifies no one and tracks nothing.

Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines published.

• The new Terms of Service were published. The content of the previous Distance Sales Agreement and Delivery & Refund Terms pages moved into this text as the payment, auto-renewal, right-of-withdrawal and refund sections, updated to match how things actually work (payments are collected through Polar as merchant of record; refund requests are assessed via support email).
• The new Privacy Policy was published. The content of the previous KVKK Notice and Cookie Policy pages was folded into this text; the processor list, hosting location (Frankfurt) and retention periods were updated to match the real infrastructure. It was clarified that the app does not use cookies for authentication; the analytics-cookie wording in the previous cookie policy was removed because no such analytics tool is used.
• The new Community Guidelines were published. The zero-tolerance principles of the previous Child Safety Policy moved into this text as the "Sexual content and protecting minors" section and were expanded.
• The Security page and the machine-readable security.txt were published.
• The Company Information page was published, replacing the previous About page.
• Old pages were permanently redirected to their new addresses: /kvkk and /cerez-politikasi → the privacy policy; /mesafeli-satis, /iade-teslimat and /hesap-silme → the terms; /cocuk-guvenligi → the community guidelines; /hakkimizda → company information; /terms and /privacy → the then-current Turkish addresses.
